sunny_snowing Seasonal Information

Netspectrum offers a seasonal standby option to its wireless and fiber customers. Customers can choose to go on standby for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months, during which the internet service speed will be reduced to 0.5 Mbps and the customer’s package cost will be reduced to $10+tax per month.

To request seasonal standby, Netspectrum customers must submit their requests before the 24th of each month to start the following month.
