All seasonal standby requests must be received by the 25th of the month for standby starts for the following month. Standby plans start on the first day of the month.

Seasonal standby can be activated for a minimum of 2 months and maximum of 6 months. Time spent on seasonal standby does not count towards your contract (if applicable).

VoIP phone service cannot be put on standby and will continue to be billed.
