Our dedicated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are here to help with any concerns or disputes you may have.
If your issue remains unresolved after speaking with a CSR, you can request to speak with a Complaint Resolution Officer.

If you are still unsatisfied, you may reach out to the CCTS for further assistance.

The CCTS is an independent organization that helps resolve consumer complaints about telecom and TV services at no cost. If you have an issue with your phone, wireless, internet, or TV service, you should first try to resolve it with your service provider. If you’re unable to find a satisfactory solution, the CCTS may be able to assist.
