Install fee and contract: There is a $59.95+tax install fee and a 12-month contract.
Seasonal Standby: Netspectrum offers a seasonal standby option to its wireless and fiber customers. Customers can choose to go on standby for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months, during which the internet service speed will be reduced to 0.5 Mbps and the customer’s package cost will be reduced to $10+tax per month. Seasonal Months do not count towards the contract.
Water Access Fee: We do have an access fee of $100 for Island installs or repairs that may be needed. Transportation is customers Responsibility.
