Our Net Wireless Plus package offers speed profiles up to 100/30 Mbps, with a reduced speed of 50/10 Mbps in areas with legacy equipment. Similarly, the Net Wireless Standard package provides speed profiles up to 25/5 Mbps, which may be limited to 10/2 Mbps in certain areas. For the Basic package, speeds may be limited to 1.5/0.5 Mbps in legacy areas to maintain stable service for all users. We will always offer the fastest speed available based on the technology in your area, ensuring a reliable internet experience for all customers sharing the same tower and optimizing performance based on network capacity. Before proceeding with the installation, we will ensure you are fully aware of the expected speeds for your location, offering the best possible speeds for your setup.
All other packages are available where technology allows.

Whether you’re heading south for the winter, closing up the cottage, or simply taking a seasonal break, our Seasonal Standby options let you put your internet service on hold at a significantly reduced rate while keeping a basic connection active.

Seasonal Standby – Stay connected at a reduced speed of 0.5Mbps for just $10/month + tax.
Seasonal Standby Plus – Need a little more speed? Upgrade to 2.5Mbps upload/download for just $25/month + tax. (Only available where technology allows.)

To request seasonal standby, Netspectrum customers must submit their requests before the 24th of each month to start the following month.

Important Note:
VoIP phone and security services cannot be placed on standby and will continue to be billed at the regular rate.
Seasonal standby months do not count towards the contract term.
